Family Session Details
We take pride in capturing warm, timeless family moments you’ll cherish for a lifetime. Full family galleries are delivered within 2–3 weeks of your session date.
• Booking Retainer: A 25% non-refundable retainer (or $100 flat fee) and signed contract are required to reserve your date. This deposit is applied directly toward your total package balance, with the remainder due on or before your session date.
• Travel Policy: Locations within 30 miles of Rochester include complimentary travel. Travel exceeding 30 miles is billed at $0.725 per mile (round-trip).
• Weather & Rescheduling: Outdoor sessions impacted by severe weather will be rescheduled at no additional fee to the next mutually available date.
