Event Photography Details
We take pride in capturing the high-energy, authentic moments that make your event unique. Full event galleries are delivered within 2-3 weeks of your event date (please note that turnaround times may be extended during peak seasons or periods of high editing volume). (Need photos fast for social media or press releases? Ask about our 24–48 hour PR Express Delivery upgrade!)
• Booking & Retainer: A 25% non-refundable retainer and signed contract are required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event.
• Travel Policy: Locations within 30 miles of Rochester include complimentary travel. Travel exceeding 30 miles is billed at $0.725 per mile (round-trip).
• Overtime & Schedule Changes: Event coverage is billed continuously based on the agreed schedule. On-site time extensions requested during the event are billed at standard hourly package rates in 30-minute increments.
